1. Definitions
   For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" or "our" refers to Grand Villa Casino Burnaby ("the Casino") operated by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
   By entering the premises of the Casino, using any facility or service offered by the Casino, participating in gaming activities or events, or engaging with our staff or representatives (collectively "Participation"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility to Participate
   You must be at least 19 years of age and a resident of Canada to participate in any gaming activity or event within the Casino. You are also required to provide valid identification (government-issued photo ID) upon request.

4. Responsible Gambling

5. Gaming Rules and Procedures
   All gaming activities are subject to the rules and procedures approved by British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

   We reserve the right to modify, replace or remove any equipment, facilities, services, promotions, rewards programs, amenities, and features within the Casino at our discretion without notice.

   The Casino operates under strict security measures, including video surveillance, to ensure a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff. Any attempts to breach security protocols will result in prompt action by management or law enforcement as deemed necessary.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
   We collect and store your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Your data will be kept confidential, unless disclosure is required or permitted under applicable laws or court orders.

9. Limitation of Liability
   The Casino shall not be liable for any damages arising from (i) acts of God; (ii) events beyond our reasonable control; (iii) your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions; or (iv) any third-party actions, claims, or losses.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved through arbitration as determined by BCLC's dispute resolution procedures, if applicable.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued Participation after such change constitutes your agreement with revised terms and conditions.

12. Cancellation or Suspension of Membership/Participation
    Upon reasonable grounds, we may cancel or suspend your membership/participation in our loyalty programs, promotions, or events, including the Encore Rewards program, at our discretion.

13. Entire Agreement
    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

14. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed void, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severable from the remainder of this document, which shall remain in full force and effect.
